The "LOFT"
is the epitome of absolute luxury and represents the highest end of Grand Luxxe. It is luxurious, spacious and plenty of room to accommodate 12-adults on two levels in a 5200 SqFt, two-level
amazing condo. The accommodations include:
- 3 Large bedrooms; two with King Beds and one with 2-Queen Beds
- 3 Bathrooms ensuite with each bedroom. Two have soaker tubs as well as stand alone showers; One has only the shower and no tub.
- An additional full size Bathroom that can be leveraged by your guests on the pull out sofa bed. This bathroom includes a shower and all the luxuries you would expect.
- Two Large Living Room equipped with sofa beds to fit four adults
- Large Dining room that seats 12 people plus a bar counter that seats three more.
- Expansive Patio/Teak Deck, with private Large Plunge Pool, luxury outdoor seating and dining... you will not want to leave....
- Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen including a large oven, Sub ZERO and Wine Fridge
- Elevator in the building
- Washer and Dryer is inside your condo for your own private use
BOOKING & PRICING - 3BR 4BA, 5,200 SqFt LOFT:
- Arrival Day of Week - Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- Minimum stay is 7-Days
- Price Includes:
- Private Large Luxury SUV (eg. GMC Suburban) for 4/5 People from/to Airport
(Second/Third SUVs can be arranged if required at additional fee) - In Condo Chef Cooked Meal for four people on one day
This includes service and clean-up
